We accept guests from May 3 to October 17, 2009. Several weeks are already full, so please check for availability! May is almost full and so is June - there are still openings in July, August, September and October - with only a couple of weeks full in September. We tend to fill up pretty early since space is limited so don"t hesitate; call or email right away or take advantage of our online booking page by clicking on the booking button below.
Colorado Cattle Company is an adults only experience due to insurance requirements and safety concerns. Minimum age for all guests is 21. We have a liquor license and will card and copy proof of age from any guest whom we feel may be close to the minimum age before serving them liquor. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding! Colorado State Tax is 2.9 percent and will be added to your invoice. Gratuity is optional and is not included.
The ranch does not provide guest transportation to and from the airport. Guests can rent a car at the airport or utilize the Denver Coach Shuttle Service which travels to and from the ranch and the Denver International Airport ONCE daily on Saturday and Sunday. The DCSS charges $120 U.S. for the round trip. To utilize their service you must arrive before 1:00 PM and depart after 1:00 PM. Reservations with the DCSS must be made at least four days in advance; their toll free contact number within the USA is 800-658-3125 and the number from foreign countries is (308) 632-8400. If you cannot make flight arrangements to coincide with this time frame, we recommend you rent a vehicle or arrive in Colorado a day early or depart a day later. If you drive, please check in after 3:30 PM and check out after breakfast to give our staff a richly deserved day off and to allow us time to clean the rooms between guests.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non refundable. This deposit can however be used toward future ranch vacations, you can change the dates of your current ranch vacation or you can transfer it to a friend or family member who can use it toward their future vacation. Amounts paid over the deposit will be refunded if the space can be filled with another guest either from a waiting list, future contact or with a referral from you.
We encourage payment by electronic check or credit card either by phone, fax or on our secure online reservation page. We also accept bank money transfers from our foreign guests.
NOTE: Rates do not include 2.9 percent Colorado State Tax, alcoholic beverages, massage, transportation or off ranch activities.

Shuttle service runs ONCE daily on Saturday and Sunday to and from the ranch/Denver International Airport
To utilize the shuttle service:
1. Reservations must be made at least three days prior to travel
2. Denver Coach must have flight information if arriving the same day, or hotel contact information if client is arriving the day prior
3. Client must arrive at the Denver International Airport PRIOR to 1:00 pm day of travel
4. Client must depart AFTER 1:00 pm at the Denver International Airport day of travel
5. Client must meet shuttle at designated location (see below)
6. Client/agent will pay Denver Coach Shuttle Service directly either by credit card at time of reservation or cash day of travel.
7. Price be subject to change at the discretion of the Denver Coach Shuttle Service. Colorado Cattle Company has no control over their pricing
8. Shuttle buses are white vans with prominent lettering on both sides “Denver Coach Shuttle Service”
To meet shuttle client should exit airport through either Door # 512 West or Door # 505 East and proceed directly to the third island out from the door. Wait there and the shuttle will arrive in due course. They may arrive promptly at 1:00 or it could be slightly later. They must drive around the entire airport complex to pick up at the two doors, so be patient. They will arrange their pick up time to coincide with arrivals. For example should a client be arriving at 12:50 they will wait longer for client than if all clients arrive at the airport at 10:00. This is why they require arrival information. Other than late arrivals and close timing due to arrival times, client should be waiting at one of these two locations at 1:00 and patiently wait there for shuttle to arrive.
