Colorado Dude Ranch Rates & Information

While our standard cowboy adventure weeks are Sunday arrivals through following Saturday departures, we can accommodate flexible arrival and departure dates, and you will not miss out on any of the activities, learning, work, etc., regardless of the day of week of your arrival.We accept guests from May to October. Several weeks are already full, so please check for availability! There are still openings in July, August, September, and October. May and June still have a limited number of openings. We tend to fill up pretty early since space is limited so don't hesitate; call or email right away or take advantage of our online booking page by clicking on the booking button below.

Colorado Cattle Company is an adults only experience due to insurance requirements and safety concerns. Minimum age for all guests is 18. We do make exceptions for mature teens of advanced riding ability so contact us to discuss. We have a liquor license and will card and copy proof of age from any guest whom we feel may be close to the minimum age before serving them liquor. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding! Colorado State Tax is 2.9 percent and will be added to your invoice. Gratuity is optional and is not included.

The ranch provides transportation to and from the airport and Denver area hotels. Guests can either rent a car, or utilize the ranch shuttle service. Please make shuttle service arrangements directly with the ranch, by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by calling Tom at 970-437-5345. The rates and pick up locations, dates and times can all be arranged with Tom. If you drive, please check in after 3:30 PM and check out after breakfast to give our staff a richly deserved day off and to allow us time to clean the rooms between guests.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non refundable. This deposit can however be used toward future ranch vacations, you can change the dates of your current ranch vacation or you can transfer it to a friend or family member who can use it toward their future vacation. Amounts paid over the deposit will be refunded if the space can be filled with another guest either from a waiting list, future contact or with a referral from you.

We encourage payment by electronic check or credit card either by phone, fax or on our secure online reservation page. We also accept bank money transfers from our foreign guests.

NOTE: Rates do not include 2.9 percent Colorado State Tax. Alcoholic beverages, massage, transportation, off ranch activities, and gratuities are not included as all these items are discretionary, not mandatory.

Shuttle service runs daily, based on your flight, and goes directly to and from the ranch/Denver International Airport
To utilize the shuttle service:
1. Reservations must be made at least three days prior to travel
2. The ranch shuttle service must have flight information if arriving the same day, or hotel contact information if client is arriving the day prior
3. Client must meet shuttle at designated location (see below)
4. Client/agent will pay the ranch shuttle service directly either by credit card at time of reservation or cash day of travel.
5. Price is subject to change at the discretion of the ranch shuttle service.

To meet shuttle client should exit airport through the West entrance (not East) on level 6. Please ignore the fact that level 6 is departures and not arrivals, but it is easier to find one another due to less traffic. We must have your arrival information, including airline, flight number and arrival time. Should client have concerns upon arrival or if their flight is delayed please contact the ranch as soon as possible at (970)-437-5345.

The ranch normally operates the shuttle twice daily and will accommodate as best we can. The first shuttle departs the ranch at 9:00 am so guests can check in for flights departing after 12:30 pm. The second shuttle departs at 3:30 pm for evening departing / arriving flights. All guests need to check with the ranch prior to travel either individually or through your travel agent, and need to book air travel to coincide with shuttle service.
